【Katsuragawa House guests only】Shin-Osaka Kitsune Udon

Our subsidiary, Tomiya Foods, operates a popular restaurant called "Mendokoro Itohan," located on the second floor of Shin-Osaka, in the middle of Mido-suji. The restaurant's kitsune udon is now available as a souvenir. We were particular about the taste so as not to damage the restaurant's reputation, and spent a year developing the "dashi" stock. Please enjoy the taste of Osaka.
